Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

Reception, maintenance, service and security staff were helpful and courteous 6. Provision of water dispenser to refill drinking water was not only convenient but less usage of plastic water bottles

Meanwhile, payment policy and process is complicated and contradictory which irritate customers, Zillion should talk with Booking.com to improve it for seamless payment process
